The Importance Of Using Resource Box In Articles

Don't forget to include a link back to your own site inside the “Resource Box” that is placed directly at the end of the article which I'll be explaining to you in just a few moments.

You can also include a link from your name in the “written by: Your Name” area that goes right to your web site too. Don't be afraid to use all the available advertising space you can from within your articles. The more you use, the better chance you have of getting that traffic to your web site.

One crucial element: There is one thing you must include with every article you release, and that is: a byline. Go take a quick peek at any of the articles at ezine articles.com and you'll see each author's byline at the bottom of the page. You'll sometimes hear people refer to the byline as a “resource box”.

They're both the same thing, but I think the phrase “resource box” describes the content with more accuracy. Your resource box contains a very brief summary of your business history and areas of expertise, along with related resources like a link to your site or your autoresponder address.

This resource box is your ace card. You grant other web publishers the right to reprint and distribute your article at will on the condition that your resource box remains intact and unchanged.  So, your link travels with your article everywhere it goes.

Here is a quick example of a good resource box:

Remember, the above is just an example.
You should write your “Resource Box” up as if you were writing it about someone else and not yourself. As in the third person perspective.

One last thing to really be sure your articles get placed inside the directories you submit them to is to write up your own original articles. The only limitation to using articles as promotional tools is how many topics you can dream up.

If you're prolific, you can write an article to suit most every need be it pre-selling your product, building your credibility, or even promoting an affiliate product.
One of the easiest and most effective ways to market your articles is by using the services of article submission sites, see lists here.

These submit your articles for you to thousands of article directories and sites so you can free up your time to concentrate on your business. Have a great week ahead.

10 Steps To Capture An Opportunity, Then Succeed At It (Updated)

1. First you need to Study and Learn everything you can. Start by getting good updates or Subscriptions. It’s designed to give an overview of what’s going on on-line. It’s built to draw you a picture of what is possible. It will help lead anyone to their Opportunity.

The minute someone takes the will to subscribe to good updates will save them hundreds of hours bumping around the internet trying to sift through all the information online. I’ve done alot of it for you here; I’ve spent hours online seeking opportunities and Learning.

2. Invest in good materials related to what you are interested in. I have many good materials that I suggest threaded throughout my updates here and on social media especially twitter. Many of these will refine your skills and build your knowledge beyond what you’ll find out there.

3. Figure out how to find stuff. Search around the internet using the Search Engines. Type in a keyword for anything you want to know about (i.e., Google.com, Bing.com, Duckduckgo, Yahoo.com).

4. There are a lot of good e-Books out there as well. Some you’ll find at my e-Book store. A few are free! Again find some that are related to your goals. But, be careful. Don’t buy into people selling huge packages of e-Books for pennies. Most of these are a waste of your time. They’ll contain old information, broken & corrupt files, and many are just advertisements in disguise.

5. Sign up for some forums related to your business and marketing strategies. Some to consider that I hang around are: https://www.nairaland.com/ayojideonline, https://www.apsense.com/user/ayojideonline

6. I also suggest creating a business plan. Think everything through.

7. Dive In! Once you’ve weighed your risk, Just Go For It. You need to decide what you can risk to pursue this. It is just like any business you might start. You need to have a contingency plan, an exit strategy, and Money & Time to lose. Nothing is guaranteed online, Life is a risk.

8. Be wary of people trying to sell you an opportunity with a good sales pitch. Watch out for what they’re trying to sell you. You need to understand that not every opportunity is YOUR opportunity. There might be many successful people doing well in something, but it may not be for you. It depends on your talents, education, interest and goals.

9. Dig in! No matter what you read elsewhere, understand that this may not happen overnight for you. The people that are very successful have been doing things for a long time.

The reason they are successful is because they out lasted their competition. Think of this as a long term business effort. That’s not to say you can’t make money right away, but don’t expect to get rich in the next few months… it can happen! But it’s rare.

10. Have Fun!! You know what? This is true. You need to enjoy what you are doing. Find your passion. Find something you’re interested in. Then specialize in that area. Focus you’re energy. If you love cats. Sell cat stuff. Build a website about cats. Start a cat forum.

Become an online so called guru in what you do. So the bottom line is, you can find success online. But it will be work. No ones going to deliver you an automatic cash machine to make millions of dollars. Well they might offer you one in online advertisements, but they won’t deliver.

If you followed these guidelines, you will stand a better chance of succeeding online. Finally in  brief, things to note: Find your Niche. Become an expert. Create a better product or service than your competition. And stick with it. Failure is not an option! All the Very Best.
