Content writing involves planning and writing content for online channels. It is usually part of a digital marketing strategy and can include writing a wide range of content types including articles, blog posts, posts for social media, and scripts for videos.

To become a content writing specialist, you’ll need to develop a variety of skills and meet certain qualifications. This includes:

If you want to work for a company you should plan on having a college degree, usually in journalism, marketing, or communications. College degrees are less important as a freelancer. Below is my health tips blog with Adsense on it.

Whether you work independently or with a company, obtaining different content marketing certifications can help boost both your skills and reputation.

There are plenty of content marketing courses both free and paid that you can use to get certified.

It’s also good practice to start your own blog. This will allow you to further develop your skills and can serve as a selling point when looking to secure a job or freelance clients.

How much money can you make as a content writing specialist?

It depends on the job position and a number of other factors. For example, if you work in a company, the average base salary for content writers varies.

If you work as a content marketing freelancer, you can get paid per piece (per article, etc). You can charge anywhere between $0.10 to $0.50 for each word you write. The exact rate depends on the type of content and your level of expertise on the subject.

You can also build the necessary skills and become a content marketing specialist. In this case, the average salary for a content marketing specialist also varies. This number will vary based on your location and level of experience.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization), selling SEO services

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is one of the most important areas of digital marketing to master as it can be useful in a variety of different roles.

As a SEO worker, you can sell your services to clients less versed in the matter.

To become a SEO expert, you’ll first need to understand the fine details of how search engines work.

After that, you need to begin developing your SEO skills. There is no shortage of SEO material on the web. It is recommended to find a high-quality SEO course as you can easily get lost sifting through the endless amount of articles

As your knowledge and skills begin to grow, you’ll want to get familiar with the popular SEO tools to help streamline the way you work.

SEO is constantly changing so it’s important to stay up to date on all the latest SEO changes and be able to adjust your projects accordingly.

To successfully sell your services, you’ll need to build a network of potential clients.

Create a website to provide your background in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and list your services. You can start a blog and put your SEO skills to work by driving targeted traffic to your site.

As you start to gain clients, you’ll want to keep detailed records of your results so you can create case studies you can use to win more business.

How much can you make as a SEO worker?

The average hourly rate for SEO consultants vary, depending on the type of customer and site involved, service charge varies, can be between $5 to $125 depending on determining factor.

Prices vary per country and experience. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) experts work for many online businesses and companies.

Have a nice day.

5 Modern Day Investment Advice

What is the wisest financial advice you have heard ?

From the  interview of more than 400 experts, millionaires, and influencers on  podcast.

Many of them are worth $50,000,000+ and many more are experts at the craft of generating and growing their income.

On top of this, These are the lessons on wealth building journey and the ones that (I believe) will have the greatest impact.

1. Don’t Save For a Rainy Day, Save to Invest in Assets

Most people save money for a rainy day.

This is the wrong way to do it…

Sure, you should stock aside 3–6 months worth of living expenses to cover your ass.

But the vast majority of your savings should be allocated towards investing to create wealth.

Here’s the deal…

Having $10,000 or even $100,000 in a savings account and maybe you’ll earn 1% interest isn’t going to change the game for you. Consider that inflation increases 1–3% every year so you’re losing money actually even though you are “saving”.

However, putting that same amount into the right index fund, real estate deal, or business could help you earn 10%, 30%, or even 100% back on the initial principle.

Save just enough to cover a few months of living and then invest ALL of your excess capital into cash flow producing assets, assets that have the ability to multiply in value overtime or preferably both.

If you do not own assets you are working inside someone else’s asset.

2. You Can’t Save Your Way to Wealth

If you spend 30 hours a month clipping coupons, negotiating to save $10/month on your cable bill, or spending an entire afternoon fighting in court your $50 parking citation and finding ways to scrimp and save spare change, you might be able to cut $500 to $1,000 a month in spending.

But after a certain point, you can’t cut costs anymore.

However, there is NO cap on the amount of money you can EARN and those same 30+ hours could help you generate an additional $500, $2,000, or (if you know what you’re doing) even $10,000 in extra revenue per month.

With this model, you can have your cake and eat it too.

I don’t believe in saving your way to wealth I believe in creating so much value that you have a surplus of cash every month so this isn’t even a question.

You can live the life you want to live, enjoy your “guilty” pleasures, and still have more than enough money to carry you through the hardest of times and invest in lucrative deals.

The most important thing you should be concerned about saving is your time. Save yourself from doing stupid things that don’t add value to your life and steal away your finite energy.

3. Passive Income is Worth 10x Working Income!

This one is hard to grasp especially for high earners.

Every dollar that you earn passively is worth $10 that you earned by trading your time.

When you generate passive income, you create the ultimate form of freedom.

Let me ask you…

Would you rather earn $12,000 a month working 70 hours a week and killing yourself to bring home the bacon?

Or $4,000 a month that you have to do NOTHING (or very little) to acquire.

The answer should be obvious especially, when you consider stress, time, energy, family and lifestyle factors.

Now back to you, consider that once you’re making $4,000/month in passive income there is nothing stopping you from working an additional 10–15 hours per week to increase that passive income overtime to $8,000 then $10,000 and beyond.

I don’t believe it’s healthy to just stop working entirely and do nothing with your life since you have passive income, so I recommend you focus a few hours per day doing something you enjoy to slowly increase that passive income.

You’d be surprised at how quick you can grow your passive income when you are working on your OWN time, for YOURSELF, with low stress. You’d likely get more done in that 10–15 hours than you would 70 hours working for someone else doing something that is slowly killing you.

It’s actually kind of fun and just becomes a game of how much passive you can add monthly.

The quicker you can get your money working for YOU and generating cash while you sleep, the quicker you’ll be able to live the life you want, reduce your stress and likely live longer too.

4. Good Debts

I’m not one of those financial pundits who will tell you to cut up your credit cards.

I have several cards that I use (and then completely pay off) each month to earn points and make sure that I’m capitalizing on the opportunities offered by credit card companies.

The trick is that you have to PAY THEM OFF each month with an automatic payment and never worry about it.

Every year I get  % cash back credit card for using their card that is equivalent to a months paycheck. It’s my annual bonus for doing nothing.

I do want to mention that there is such thing as GOOD DEBT that is often used in real estate deals, which is when a real estate asset produces more than enough cash to cover the monthly debt payment. But for the purposes of this post I’m focusing on personal debt because it tends to really set people back financially.

5. The Best Investment You Can Make…

If you want to make more money than you currently believe is possible, then there is one investment that you MUST make.

The investment in YOURSELF.

Books, podcasts, courses, events, coaching is what I’m talking about. You can learn more about what I offer in my profile, but wherever you go you want to ensure the person you are learning from has a track record of REAL RESULTS.

I have never met a wealthy person who didn’t invest in himself in some way.

When you grow your skill-set, knowledge, and social network, you are directly increasing your ability to earn more money and create lasting wealth.

Plus it’s fun!

You can’t calculate the ROI that one powerful idea or one good connection can have on your life.

You are only one skill-set, one connection, or one big idea away from your first million dollars.

The day your life will change forever is the day that you start investing in yourself like your life depends on it.

Have a great day.

20 Ways To Maintain Your Self Respect

As someone who doesn't play with her self-respect, I figured I should share this with y'all because I feel like one of the worst things that can happen to anybody, is losing your self-respect. So here are ways you can stop that from happening:

1. STOP PICKING ON PEOPLE WHO DIDN’T COME FOR YOU

If you always coming for people, with time they’ll get used to it, and you become irrelevant to them!

2. STOP UNNECESSARY BEGGING

The first time I wrote this, I said “stop begging”, but then I thought about it, and realized we all need each other. There are times we may need urgent help, and we won’t have a choice but to beg. That’s fine, but don’t beg too much, and don’t always beg. If you have to beg, let it be your last option. Note that asking and begging aren’t the same thing. Fact is that, not all humans think right. Most people will take advantage of you begging—they’ll think they’re superior to you, use you to their advantage, and may not even help you at the end of the day.

3. STOP SAYING MORE THAN NECESSARY

I learnt this the hard way. I used to freely trust people that I could say anything or what I feel about a situation, to someone. But you see most humans? Ugh! Let’s forget that. Please when you having a conversation with someone, always think before you talk.

4. NEVER TOLERATE DISRESPECT

If someone disrespects you, kindly let them know you don’t appreciate it!

5. MIND HOW YOU USE PEOPLE’S STUFF

Just because humans will always be humans, if your friend doesn’t use your stuff as much as you use theirs, it’ll bring disrespect, and quarrels even. I personally would rather take/give, than share. I’ll rather give you any of my stuff you like, buy it for you, ask you for yours if I like it, than share it with you.

6. VISIT ONLY THOSE WHO VISIT YOU

Except you haven’t heard from them in while, or they’re sick, please respect yourself, and don’t look for who’s not looking for you. If they not keeping in contact with you, even after you’ve made one or two attempts to check on them, please leave them alone. Give your energy back to those who deserve/need it.

7. INVEST IN YOURSELF AND MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY

We’re naturally attracted to people who take care of themselves. If you’re always sad, or don’t care about how you look, how do you expect people to take you seriously? Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of money. You can just take care of the little clothes you have by always keeping them clean, and you can also eat healthy, meditate, and get enough sleep at night. Read books or journals that are healthy for your body and mind.

8. STOP ENTERTAINING GOSSIPS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE

Yup, great minds discuss ideas. I don’t like talking about people because it means I’m giving them importance, when I can spend that time doing something productive - unless they've done something to me, or something worth talking about. I discuss that with someone I trust, and end it there! Gossips are a no for me. When someone tells you about other people, and you’re not sure what to say, then be quiet. Next time, they won’t tell you about anybody again. The best part is that you even get to save yourself from “they said that you said” drama!

I know there could be exceptions to this where you get to gist your partner, or best friend about situations, or people involved it.

Gossip is minding other people's business or speaking ill of someone who has done nothing wrong to you, and I don't think that's cool. It screams insecurity, and jealousy!

9. THINK BEFORE YOU TALK

80% of how people value you is based on what comes out of your mouth.

10. DRESS GOOD

Like I already explained in No.7, you don’t have to spend so much money on outfits if you don’t have enough money. Always keep the ones you have clean, and in good condition by folding, hanging, and ironing when necessary.

11. BE AN ACHIEVER

Get busy with your goals, and focus on one relationship at a time. People will respect you more seeing how devoted you are to one person, and they'll definitely lose all respect for you, and talk behind your back when they see you're easily distracted or in multiple relationships. These are things you can't hide, and even if you do, not for long.

12. RESPECT YOUR TIME

Very important! Don’t let anyone waste your time, unless they’re babies, old, or sick. Be strict with your time, and respect other people’s time too! Don’t waste your time and life doing something unproductive with anyone. They’ll never respect you.

13. DON’T KEEP STAYING IN RELATIONSHIPS WHERE YOU AREN’T APPRECIATED NOR RESPECTED

I know how much I hate disrespect, and the few times I’ve disrespected my man, I felt so terrible afterwards. Truth is that we know when we’re being harsh or disrespectful so if a person feels no remorse disrespecting you, then maybe they don’t regard you or they don’t even respect themselves; so respect yourself by walking away.

14. LEARN TO SPEND ON YOURSELF

It goes like the saying “people will treat you how you treat yourself”. By learning to spend on yourself, people will learn to spend on you.

15. DON’T ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE (I kind of unintentionally do this)

You don’t have to always crave for attention, or let people know they can easily get yours. Sometimes, take a break, evaluate life, know your strengths, and weaknesses, improve yourself, and be a better person. Spend your time alone doing these.

16. BE MORE OF A GIVER THAN A RECEIVER

If you’re always collecting without giving, one day it’ll be used against you—intentionally or unintentionally.

17. DON’T GO WHERE YOU ARE NOT INVITED

As an introvert, and a socially awkward person, I don’t mind not attending occasions, so if a friend is hosting a party, and doesn’t invite me, it’s actually a win for me!

To keep your respect, if someone you know is throwing a party or having a function, and they didn’t invite you, don’t go. Unless you believe they must have forgotten to invite you, then call them, and ask. Also remember not to overstay your welcome.

18. TREAT EVERYONE NICELY

Yes! Whether they’re rich or poor, treat them nicely because they’re humans like you; unless they’re an as*, then you can choose not to entertain them.

19. NEVER CALL SOMEONE MORE THAN TWICE

Except they owe you money, two call attempts are enough. If they value you, they will return your calls.

20. BE GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO!

Be the best at what you do, with consistent practice(I’m still learning this).

Ps, say what you mean, and mean what you say.

Have a nice day.
