These days we're all that little bit more health conscious, as we seek to ward of illnesses and the effects of growing older.  Few of us though want to put a great deal of effort into the process.  

Not for us the long hours of playing squash, or jogging in the park.  But give us a little exercise class, to music perhaps, and that's a different matter entirely.
