Over the weekend, I had clients who needed Linux installation, specifically Ubuntu, which i have been successfully busy with for over a week now. A new client had it installed by someone else who didnt keep the previous operating system, so I needed to install a new windows operating system again for the client, of which an external DVD rom wasn't available at this point. Below is simply how i went about it.
AnyBurn can easily create windows 7 bootable USB drive, thus you can setup Windows 7 without CD or DVD drive. This feature is very useful because more and more computers are not equipped with a compact drive. To setup Windows 7 from USB drive, please follow the steps,
Step1: Create Bootable USB Drive:'
kihdgt
Start AnyBurn (v3.6 or newer version, download here).
Insert the USB drive you intend to boot from.
Click the button, "Create bootable USB
drive". If you are using Windows Vista or higher operating system,
you need confirm the UAC dialog to continue.
If you have a Windows 7 installation ISO file, you can
choose "Image file" for the source, and select the ISO file.
Otherwise, you need a Windows 7 installation compact disc. Insert the disc
in the drive, and choose "Compact disc" for the source.
Select the correct USB drive from the "Destination
USB drive" list. If multiple USB drives are connected to the computer,
please make sure that you have chosen the correct drive.
Choose the proper writing method. "USB-HDD" is
recommended.
Click "Next" button to start creating
windows 7 bootable USB drive. Please notice that all data on USB drive
will be destroyed. You should see the detailed progress information during
writing USB drive.
If no errors occurred in the above process, you should now be all set to setup Windows 7 from USB drive!
Step 2: Configuring the BIOS:
You should now reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to boot from USB. Instructions for doing so wildly from system to system, but generally entail the following:
Reboot the system.
While booting (before Windows starts loading), get into the BIOS configuration screen by hitting something like F1, F2, Delete or Escape. Hotkey instructions are generally provided on the screen.
Go to the section that contains your boot devices.
With your USB drive plugged in, the USB drive should be listed. If it isn’t, your system might not support booting from USB. Assuming that it is supported (as is the case with virtually all modern hardware), promote your USB drive to the primary boot device.
Exit from the BIOS configuration, saving all changes.
Please be careful when you change the BIOS settings, you can seriously screw up your system by providing incorrect settings!
Step 3: Booting and setup windows 7 from USB drive:
Assuming that you properly configured your BIOS and your USB drive supports booting, Windows 7 setup should now load. Depending on the speed of your USB drive, this may take a while.
If it isn’t working, then double-check the following before making a scene:
Is your BIOS properly configured for booting from the USB device? (Is the USB device listed and does it have top priority?)
Have you correctly prepared the USB drive in step one? (Restart the procedure.)
Does your USB drive properly support being booted from?
(Try another one!)
Note: The above guide works with Windows 7. It also works for
Windows 10, Windows 8 / 8.1, or Windows Vista. To setup Windows XP from USB
drive, please refer to another guide

1. Avoid having dirty water troughs. Dirty water or dirty troughs are usually the origin of eschelicia coli and salmonella that cause death in birds, production decline, and losses.
2. Avoid having insufficient water or drinkers. This can lead to complications like visceral gout( caused by poorly excreted calcium. This causes accumulation of Urates in the kidneys and deposition of urates around the viscera), poor digestion( water availability helps to soften the food for better enzyme action. Water as well helps in absorption and transport digested nutrients to where they are needed), poor growth and poor production.
3. Avoid having insufficient feeder space. This causes competition between the birds, causing survival for the fittest.so some birds will not eat and this will lead to a very bad uniformity and low weights. Production peak will not be reached.
4. Avoid having insufficient litter in nests leading to dirty eggs , damages, and egg eating. We should also ensure that we create enough darkness in the laying boxes to avoid incidences of cannibalism.
5. Avoid inadequate ventilation. the ammonia smell from the house can cause chocking, pneumonia and other respiratory complications.
6. Avoid the tendency to give too much medication. Try as much as possible to produce antibiotics free food and keep your birds off medication. Use of too much drugs creates resistance of the disease causing agent to chemical drugs.
7. Avoid wrong medication due to wrong diagnosis. Always consult a vet or take your sick bird for a proper postmortem to examination to a laboratory. Buy drugs from genuine suppliers and complete the treatment as prescribed by the veterinarian.
8. Avoid having the feeders too full or improperly adjusted so that feed is wasted. At times you may think it's very less feed pouring but even if you are losing 5 g from every bird, you will feel the effect when you have a big number of birds.
Have a nice day.
