The Important Qualities Of Good Entrepreneurial Leaders

Entrepreneurial leaders do not have a mindset that adapts to failure.

Things go wrong, of course, but entrepreneurs don’t call them “failures” they call them “glitches, mistakes, bungles, setbacks” – but not failing.
When one such entrepreneur was asked about the hardest decision he ever had to make, he answered that he didn’t know what a hard decision was.
An entrepreneur will approach decision-making with the idea that there’s a strong likelihood that he/she will be wrong.
This doesn’t dissuade them – to the contrary they just do the best they can and worry about handling obstacles as they arise.
Another way of looking at it is to realize that you will make mistakes, so make them as quickly as you can in order to learn from them.
A good leader doesn’t view making mistakes as negative or irrevocable, he/she feels free to press on and try something new.
There is the belief that something useful has been learned, and hopefully not at a high cost.

Let’s face it; if you’re going to live this life you’re going to make mistakes.
Make use of them as learning tools and don’t make the same ones twice.
Entrepreneurs also know the value of “intuition”.  While you shouldn’t act on the results of tossing a coin, there is something to be said about your “gut” feeling about the situation.

Very often business people become so involved with systems and checks-and-balances that they forget about that “gut” instinct they had when they started.

While not strictly logical, intuition does draw on a combination of experience, knowledge, and analysis as well as a lot of “gut” information you may have forgotten that you have.

You become a strong leader in your business by “practicing” being a leader.

It’s not a course you can take at a business college; it’s learned in the school of life as you’re doing business. As a leader, you have to set standards and higher standards for your own behavior.
You must do this because appearances are sometimes more important that facts.
Consider for a moment that as an entrepreneur with a small business you’re planning on approaching a bank for a loan.
You know that you must present a well thought out and concise Business Plan, with all the projections for the use of the capital you’ll borrow and the repayment of the same.

You learned that from all those seminars you attended when considering becoming an entrepreneur, but is there something that you weren’t taught in seminars?  What about “presentation”?

I don’t mean the presentation of the Business Plan, we all know that must be well done and attractive.

What I’m talking about is YOU!  Do you maintain the appearance of leadership?
Do you project a confident appearance of a successful entrepreneur?
You may not have the faintest idea today how you’re going to pay for that advertising bill coming due on the 15th, but you’re not going to give that banker that information.
Presenting yourself as a confident entrepreneur, filled with the excitement of your business idea, and a strong leader of your team (whether it’s 1 or 10 employees) is what will make you a winner and add untold weight to your Business Plan.
After all, you are your business to that banker so you’d better look good and confident.

To protect that faith that your people and your customers have in your organization, always ask yourself these two questions:
  1. Could this be interpreted by anyone in a way that would shake their faith in my leadership?
  2. Could this be misinterpreted and held against me or the company?
Strong leaders know that leadership is a lifelong learning experience, and when they make a mistake they simply continue to move forward.
The ability to bounce back is a quality that every entrepreneur I’ve ever known has in abundance.
When you blunder, get up and try again quickly.
As one high-tech executive I knew put it, “Our strategy is to fail forward fast.” All The Best.

Use Online Video Websites To Promote Your Business

Are you a small business owner?  If so, how is your business doing?  Despite businesses that are a success, there are many business owners who want more.

If you are one of those individuals, it is likely that you would do just about anything in your power to improve your business, especially if you sell a particular product or service.

When working to improve businesses, many business owners spend thousands, if not millions, of dollars on advertising.

How would you feel if you learned that there was a free way that you could promote your business?

A free way to promote your business?  Unfortunately, many business owners believe that there is no such thing.

If by chance it is believed, there are many who would automatically assume that it was a wasted effort.

Although many free advertising methods can be deemed time consuming and not worth the effort, there is one that you should try.

This method involves the internet and free online video websites.

If you are an avid internet user, there is a good chance that you are fully aware of what free online video websites are and what they do.  If not, you will want to learn.

Free online video websites are websites that allow internet users to watch videos that are hosted on their website, free of charge.

What is nice about free online video websites is that most will also allow internet users, just like you, to make, upload, and share their own videos.

Depending on the type of business you own and operate, you may be able to use these websites to your advantage.

When it comes to using free online video websites to your advantage, you will want to familiarize yourself with the websites that are currently available.

You can easily do this by performing a standard internet search.

Your search should produce a fairly large number of results, including Vimeo and YouTube.

Before making your video, you will want to examine any of the rules and restrictions that are set in place.

When doing so, you will find that most video websites do not have any rules or restrictions concerning the use of online videos to promote your business; however, you will still want to make sure that your video is tactfully done.

If you are an online business owner, especially one that sells a particular product, you could make a video showcasing your product.

For instance, if your specialty is photo blankets, you may want to show your samples or even go over the process of making them.

It may also be a good idea to mention the overall cost of photo blankets and who should own them.

If your product would make a great gift, it is also advised that you mentioned that.

When doing your video, you will want to refrain from making your video seem like spam.

Although you may want to mention the price, you will want to refrain from promoting your business too much.

At the end of your video, you may want to offer directions on how to make a purchase or learn more information.

Although products are the easiest to showcase in an online video, you can also use your video to help promote a particular service that you sell.

For instance, if you offer assistance to those that are in debt, you will want to provide an overview of what debt is, who it hurts, and how help can be obtained.

Providing general information on debt is a great way to keep your video from appearing too pushy.

As mentioned above, you may also want to include information on your business at the end of your video.

This may help to increase the number of clients you receive, especially if you provide a service that is used and needed by many.

To make you video, whether or not you plan on using that video to promote your business, you will need a few pieces of equipment.  Perhaps, the most important is a recording device.

For the best results, you should use a camcorder, but you can also you a webcam.

Movie making software is important, as well.  Most computers already come equipped with movie making software.

After you have made and saved your video, you will have to follow the instructions of the free online video website you wish to use.

How To Make Your First $100 Online In 30 Days

In order to reach your goal, you'll need to get started right away. Sit down with your master plan and get to work.

The key here is to focus on the phases of your business plan one at a time.

For instance, during phase one when you're doing niche market research, make sure you give your all to

that process.

You might be tempted to skip steps, but don't do it.

You need to complete fully each phase in the process before moving on the next one.

The reason is that time is of the essence here, and you need to have everything in place before you start driving traffic to your sales funnel.

It’s best to be prepared for that, rather than trying to tie up the loose ends as you go along.

So, that's step one.

The next part of the process involves getting clear on how you can best leverage your efforts.

Here, we're talking about leveraging your initial profits in order to fund an increase in your advertising budget.

Let's say that by your second week of business, you've generated $50 in profit, while spending $7.50 on advertising. Your net profit is $42.50.

You know which advertising sources are working best for you, and see that spending just a little more will increase your returns.

For example, if you bump your ad spend up to $12.50; past results suggest you'll be able to
pull in $65 in profit in another two weeks.

So, let's look at the math: $42.50 - $12.50 = $30 + $65 = $95.

In the course of the month, you'll have spent $20 on advertising, while generating $95 net profit.

For all intents and purpose, you've pretty much met your goal of $100 in 30 days.

Now, there's another aspect to leverage which involves responsive action, rather than cash investment.

What I mean by 'responsive action' is that you adapt your strategy as you go along, based on the incoming results.

In order to do this, you'll need to have some sort of tracking mechanism in place to track all of
your advertising and its performance.

There's not a lot of room to go into the various ad trackers here, but you can get some good recommendations.

Ok, so let's say you're tracking the different parts of your ad campaign, such as: Google Adwords advertisements, Facebook and Twitter Adverts, ezine ads, articles, etc. and you discover that your articles are pulling in more traffic and converting better than your Adwords advertisements.

Your Data Might Look Like This:

Adwords: 100 clicks per week at a cost of 10 cents per click, with 1 out of every 20 visitors converting to a sale. So, that's $10 in advertising. Now, multiply your profit on each sale by 5.

Let's say your profit is $25 per sale. 5 x $25 = $125 gross profit minus $10 = $115 net profit. Articles: 100 clicks per week at a cost of zero. 2 out of every 20 visitors converting to a sale.

10 sales times $25 = $250 net profit.

In that case, your articles are out-performing your Adwords campaign to the tune of $135 per week.

Based on this information, you could then spring into action in several ways:

1. Write and submit MORE articles and/or work to get your articles distributed in even more locations.

You can check out videos giving ideas on how to outsource these tasks.

2. Understand why the articles are converting better. Is it a matter of the extra information and detail you're able to provide in that format?

If so, you might also consider distributing some press releases, participating in forums or any place else where you can leverage the power of the written word.

3. Improve the lesser-performing campaigns. E.g with Adwords, you might need to work on your ad copy, or on the copy on your landing page.

It could also be a matter of advertising on a different set of keywords...perhaps you didn't target as narrowly as you could have.

4. Reduce or eliminate spending in failing campaigns. If you find that one tactic is actually costing you more to run than what you earn back from it, drop it!

Each of these examples clearly demonstrates what I mean when I say “responsive action”. It’s all about common-sense, strategic adjustment of your efforts in response to results.

Gearing up for the final push:

As you near your goal, you're going to enter into a transitional moment.

The closer you come to your first $100, the closer you are to being ready for the next step:
pushing past $100 to $150, $200, $300...etc.

So, you'll need to sit down and take stock of the distance between where you versus where you want to go.

Let's say that you're in the last 7 days of your 30 day challenge and, for some reason, you've only netted about $50.

First, give yourself a pat on the back. This is great news. You started, after all, at $0 and have worked your way to $50 in just a couple weeks.

It takes some people years to figure out how to make that much money in that amount of time.

Second, take stock of what you've done so far. Is it possible to rack up another couple of fifty dollars in the next 7 days, and what would you need to do to accomplish that?

The most likely culprit standing in your way is a failure to advertise heavily enough. You may think you've done quite a bit of promotion, but have you really done a full-on BLITZ?

Unleashing a new round of promotion…and I mean really attacking as many channels as possible…might be what you need to reach your goal.

This means doing all you can to:

• Send out more articles and press releases

• Find more sites you can get reciprocal links

• Find more ezines to advertise in

• Find join venture partners to help you reach additional prospects

• Boost spending slightly if your paid campaigns are working well

• Add additional keywords in pay-per-click campaigns

• Motivate subscribers to take action using time-sensitive offers, running contests, etc.

Any of these extra steps should help boost your returns; and, if they don't, then you may need to re-think your niche.

It Is possible you just haven't hit the right market.

Have A Nice Day.

How To Teach Children Discipline

Discipline is important, whether you are teaching kids to be disciplined at home or at school.  Not all people are capable of self-discipline, even adults find it difficult!

Discipline needs to be developed during a child’s early stage, this would help them develop their attitudes and prepare them in handling school, work and other social activities.

• Home Discipline

Before children would even reach school or play with other kids, the first social interaction that children would have would be with the parents.

Parents play a crucial role in preparing their children for social interaction with their peers and elders.

Most parents would think that discipline is more of punishment.

Actually, it is more about teaching your kids to identify what is right from wrong and how wrong choices could put them into bad situations.

When teaching kids about discipline, consistency is the key.

If you give in to what they want once they start crying, they would repeat it again.

But if they see that you are firm and consistent, they will learn that crying and throwing tantrums will not get what they want.

Inconsistency with your punishment and rules will make children to misbehave more.

If your kids are throwing tantrums, stay calm.

The reason why your kids are throwing tantrums is because they want to get your attention.

If you fuss or yell at them, it is still attention and it is more likely that they would repeat it in the future.

Too much is never good.

Too much criticism can have an impact on how your child would view themselves.

Too much praise would make the comments less effective.

 Positive reinforcement is also important.

When commenting on the child’s behaviour it is better to use positive and encouraging words.

Set a good example.

As parents, the people they would usually see is you,Children learn more by watching before doing.

They are likely to follow what you do and if you also abide with your own rules.

• School Discipline

Classroom discipline is another thing that most teachers dread, especially the new ones.

Teachers have to deal with children that have different temperaments.

Having a diverse group could sometimes put teachers in the edge of their sanity,You can Imagine.

Before school year starts, you need to have a solid discipline plan.

On the first day,  the first thing that you should do is discuss the classroom rules.

You could discuss it just like how you discuss academic topics.

You could even include it in your syllabus.

This would help minimize any kind of disruptive behaviour in class.

To earn your students’ respect, then be fair.  You have to be conscious when making decisions.

So, even if it is your best student that makes a rule violation, then give the corresponding punishment or consequence for their action.

If your students get to be confrontational, they try to avoid banging heads with them in front of the other students.

You do not want to “humiliate” your student in front of their classmates.

You can pull them outside after class or while others are busy with their exercise and talk to them, calmly.

Just like home discipline, consistency is important.

Make sure that everyday the rules are followed, if not, the students would think that it would be easy to get away with Bad behaviours.

But do not bring the grudge until the next day.

For example, a student did something wrong yesterday do not expect that they would do the same the next day.

Give them a chance.  But for example, they did the same thing for consecutive days, then consider having a good talk with the kids.

A bigger issue can be bothering them

Teaching discipline is among the hardest thing to do.

For me, it can be more difficult the algebra and Calculus questions.

The children’s attitude in the future would depend on how they learn discipline early in their lives.

It may be difficult, but for me the most effective method of teaching discipline is becoming the model They can follow yourself. Good Luck With That.

5 Things You Can Do After Your First $100 Online

Once you hit your $100, many of the same principles apply as the ones we just covered:

“Increased marketing and promotion, leveraging profits and adaptation to market fluctuations”

However, it’s also time to start experimenting with additional routes of monetization.

Now, before we go into that, let me be clear on one thing: I'm not suggesting that you drop your current business to try out one of the other profit models.

What I am suggesting is that you look into the elements of the other models, and see if you can adapt them to your existing business.

Examples...

1. You started off with pay-per-sale affiliate marketing, now try adding pay-per-lead to the mix.

Choose pay-per-lead products which are relevant to the niche you're working.

2. You started off with the public domain products model, now try bringing resale rights products into the mix.

Or, even better, come up with a public domain product to which you can sell others the private label rights.

3. You started off doing paid surveys, and learned a lot about the business.

Consider creating and selling your own ebook about how to succeed with paid surveys, or start your own affiliate review site of the various survey companies out there.

4. You started off with teleseminars.

Consider creating a paid e-class.

Even better, see if you can combine the two methods by breaking course work into different formats, and creating your own virtual classroom.

5. You started off with Sales.

Next you can sell products such as domains, pre-written autoresponder sequences, and of course website traffic generation guides to your customers.

These are some very practical ways to move things up a notch. There's also room to add more firepower to your marketing strategy.

If you've been marketing your ebook through print ads, for example, try setting up a teleseminar to give you a more effective method of pre-selling the product.

Working solo? See if you can partner up with other business for joint promotion and joint product creation.

Last but not least...its time to create new goals!

Go back to your master plan and review your 3 month and 6 month goals.

Are they the same as they were when you first started out?

There's nothing wrong with changing course.

The experience of earning your first $100 may have generated even better ideas about where to go next!

Closing Advice

I sincerely hope this Blog Article has given you a better idea of how you can get started to profit online.

All you really need to do is get started.

Most of all, you need to find your fit, and figure out which model is going to work the best for you.

It shouldn't be about which one you think will make the most money.

The fact is that they can all make you a lot of money.

“The more suited the model is to you; the better you are going to do”

You need to be realistic about a couple of things:

• Your budget

• The amount of time you can invest

• Your technical skills

• Your copy writing skills, etc.

So, for example, if you dread the though of writing even a 500 word article, you're probably better off staying away from blogs.

Instead, you might want to try creating products from the public domain.

Likewise, if you really love the idea of coming up with creative content; pick a model which allows you to do that, rather than one of the automated models which don't require much input on your end.

My wish is that you've discovered at least one model here that appeals to you, will be easy for you to work with and doesn't cost too much to get set up.

If you'll work with this information and create a solid business plan, you really will be able to kick off with an extra $100 or more in your pocket every month..

All the best!

How To Teach Smoothly With Proper Classroom Management

Teaching can be difficult if boisterous and noisy students will disrupt the lessons. As a teacher, keeping the lessons and discussions rolling could be difficult if you keep getting interrupted. This proved to be hard to handle especially for those who are just starting in their teaching profession.
Classroom management refers to how teachers make sure that lessons continue even with disruption. Classroom management helps teachers deal with issues about motivation, discipline and respect. There are different strategies and techniques that teachers use to make sure that their students are inspired, motivated and well-behaved.  Of course, techniques would depend on the teacher’s preference.

The best time to let students know about your rules is during the first day.  Even before classes start, you would have to know what to expect from students and how they can meet those expectations. So, when explaining the classroom rules on the first day, make sure that they understand it clearly and they know the consequences for not abiding the rules. If you fail to explain or provide punishments or consequences of violating classroom rules, then students would get confident not to follow them at all. Make it a part of your course or subject syllabus.  Discuss the rules, point-by-point if necessary.  Just like what you do in academic topics.
This would help clear out any misunderstanding and wrong interpretation. Students who tend to become unruly are pushed into doing disruptive behavior because they are bored.  It is best to avoid an hour-long lecture. If you continue to do that, your students would sleep or play with their cellphones and other gadgets. If you notice that it would take an army before your students could remain strapped in their seats within the next hour, then incorporate different kinds of activities.
For most teachers, they would have three activities in a forty-five minute period.  The student get to release their energy and at the same time learn something. If your students are trying to deviate the discussion into something completely irrelevant, then do not say that straight. You can try connect it and then start to get back to the original topic.  If your students are becoming confrontational, then do not argue to make them agree with you. They would resist more if you force them.  Let them see what are the consequences of their bad behavior. If you are having problems with specific students and they are becoming too much for you to handle, do not force it into yourself.
There are many aspects or people in the school administration that could help. You can talk to the guidance counselor and ask for any ideas on how to face or handle the issue. If the student will cooperate, you can have them meet the counselor themselves. Another strategy that teachers use is making their students feel that they genuinely care for them. You could ask them how they are whenever you see them. If they are really unruly, you could pull them out when everyone is busy and ask him what is wrong.
Sometimes, students will tell you some problems they have encountered at home or at school. Bottom line is students also have pent-up energy inside them.  Those energy if unused in their lessons will explode in other ways. As a teacher, you would have to make sure that those energy is spent in a useful way. Teachers are not only concerned with academic teaching, but making sure that the students’ energy are put into positive and productive use. Have A Good Time.

Tips About Templates For E-Commerce Web Hosting

Creating a professional website can be challenging. E-commerce web design is really a complex animal.
To cut development time, many web hosting companies start offering web hosting templates or hosting with templates.
Whether you're looking for a simple web site or a functional e-commerce website, the chances are that you may be able to find a few web templates from your hosting company.
A simple web template may cost under $20 dollars, but a well-designed professional e-commerce website will cost a few hundreds or more if not thousands.
The cost of web templates is still cheap comparing to custom-made e-commerce websites when Web designers charge anywhere from $20 to $100 per hour. If you want to check out some templates, simply search on google.com
Besides the requirements of standard web hosting plans, Web hosting templates for e-commerce operations needs a shopping cart that supports online catalog and online payment processing (here’s a clue, pick Pay Pal).
Web templates for e-commerce often include common pages and navigation for online shopping - searching or browsing that want to setup online stores easily. Different hosting plans may have different free structures.
The cost of each hosting plan often varies on transaction volume.
When comparing functionality, there are many questions to ask:
1) whether a shopping cart accepts online check or debit card.
2) Whether there's a limit on the number of products and categories that you can setup;
 3) whether it automatically sends out an email notification once an order is placed at your web-site.
When looking at the cost of commerce operation, you'll need to ask questions about
 1) what's the basic monthly fee for transactions;
2) is there's a setup fee for a new online store;
3) how about handling taxes?;
 4) how much it charges for each transaction.
Talk with your hosting service on e-commerce issues and discuss the best plan to go with. You can also click here and fill this form to Contact Me

Social Media Marketing Ideas That Rapidly Increases Traffic

According to Wikipedia Social Media is an umbrella term that defines the various activities that integrate technology, social interaction, and the construction of words, pictures, videos and audio.

This interaction, and the manner in which information is presented, depends on the varied perspectives and "building" of shared meaning among communities, as people share their stories, and understandings.

Social Media Marketing on the other hand is the use of this combined technology and social interaction to promote a product or service or website online.

There are many social media available to use as tools in your Social Media Marketing strategy.

These include but are not limited to forums, message boards, podcasts, video and weblogs.

There are also social media services available through which you can promote your website such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr, to name but a few.

These sites provide the medium to promote the media and Internet Marketers use both in combination to develop a Social Media Marketing strategy.

I believe the foundation of any social media marketing plan should begin with a Blog.

The Internet Marketer should create a Blog to drive traffic and direct this traffic to the product or service being promoted.

The Blog owner should also comment on other Blogs in order to attract traffic to his or her Blog.

Another good technique for driving traffic is Internet Forums. This is a good way to establish your reputation by submitting quality content which is of some service to the reader.

This will encourage people to reciprocate and visit your website or Blog to check out your content.

A third Social Media Marketing technique which is a good way to create a buzz online and therefore generate word of mouth is video.

Create a video promoting a product which may be coming soon and distribute it to the various video sharing sites such as YouTube.

This should contribute to increased traffic to your website and therefore increased sales.

Video can be utilized in many different ways.

For example: to make people laugh, to demonstrate how a product works, to illustrate how to do something or to conduct a product review.

Video attracts people's attention and leaves an impression and this is why it is the wave of the future for Internet Marketing.

A fourth technique which you can use to get your message across is social networking.
You can accomplish this by joining some of the social sites available such as Facebook and MySpace.

However anyone using these sites as promotion tools should be careful to follow the rules and not spam or promote excessively.

Treat these sites with respect and use them as they are intended and the traffic will still materialize.

Finally, audio is another social marketing technique which can be implemented. Create an e-book for example and distribute it to the various audio sharing sites such as Sound cloud.

Or if you have a talent share it with the rest of the web through audio and your traffic should increase exponentially.

These are five techniques any Internet marketer can implement into their Social Media Marketing plan, but there are many more available to choose from.

The point being you shouldn't overwhelm yourself with so many methods that you cannot do justice to any of them in terms of the time involved.

As with any plan choose the ones you enjoy most and you will achieve your goal of increased Social Media traffic.

3 Hollywood Old Movies That Glorify Education

Naturally On a typical rainy or winter day and you just want to stay at home, you might want to watch several movies.

If you have a strong interest in education, there are several feel-good and inspiring Hollywood movies that you should be watching.

Here are three of those great and excellent flicks of all times.

1. The movie ‘Teachers’ was released in 1984. It starred Nick Nolte, Morgan Freeman, Laura Derm, and Richard Mulligan.

The film was about a high school graduate who ended up suing her public high school because she was able to graduate even without knowing how to actually read.

This movie discusses and describes all the setbacks and disadvantageous condition of the US public education at the time.

It obviously aims to address education problems in a satirical manner, through conflicts and over-the-top movie characters.

‘Teachers’ also exposes several public education problems that are still left hanging even up to this day.

What is more interesting is that such problems are not unique to the US.

Many other countries experience those educational problems today.

The teacher in the movie treated the lawsuit not as a blow to the institution but as a timely opportunity to prompt lasting changes not just to the public school but to public education in general.

2. In 1989, the movie ‘Dead Poets Society’ made waves, not because it starred Robin Williams (who was a hot movie star those days) but because it tackled the importance of education amid rigid society norms and strict parental expectations.

It showed that talented and committed educators could always get in the way to inspire and touch lives of even the most notorious students.

The movie was also noted for its ability to take viewers into typical life in one of those prep schools circa 1950s. Williams’ performance was one of the most charismatic in this movie.

‘Dead Poets Society’ has always been one of those educational movies that are recommended for tackling issues about curriculum and the real value of education.

No wonder, many schools and classes run and hold viewing of the movie at the start of every semester.

The movie would surely be worth your time. It is entertaining, touching, and inspiring all at the same time.

3. On the other hand, in 2006 ‘Chalk’ was released. This movie presents takes on education through tracing of three unique teachers who are at various stages of their teaching careers.

The focus was at a teacher who used to be businessman.

The two were a teacher who has been teacher of the year for two straight years and another who has been promoted to become an assistant to the principal.

Actual teachers could all relate to the three main characters in the movie.

‘Chalk’ is a ‘documentary’ film that was produced to show satiric perspectives in education through portrayal of different unlikely events, from pokers to dog shows.

It was produced by the same documentary filmmaker who was popular for his ‘Supersize Me’ (Morgan Spurlock).

It may not be a full movie, but the documentary proves to be really entertaining and enlightening at the same time.

Education is truly an important subject to discuss. All three films show how life and education are intertwined and are connected.

You should try to view some, if not all.

These Old movies would really be worth your precious time.

What Can You Benefit From Teaching?

According to surveys done Years Back, about Over 50 million people are engaged in teaching in different levels worldwide.

About 12 % of these teachers work in private schools, while others would work in public, parochial and charter schools.

Most Public school teachers are required to pass licensure or Training exams in some countries, while some private school tutors are not required to take one but must have teaching qualifications.

But there are places that require teachers to have continuous education like a Masters in Education.

Why are there these numbers of people teaching or interested in handling noisy kids?

For those people who are after making influencing and helping children, then teaching is an ideal job for them.

Major benefit of being a teacher is having wide life experiences.

You can become a child’s inspiration, motivator, mentor, and educator. This would give you great memories.

You get to have the chance of shaping or helping in contributing into your country’s future.

I think this would be the primary and major benefit you will reap out of teaching.

Aside from that, being a teacher would also give you sufficient time for vacation.

You would have no classes during holidays and weekends and school breaks would also be vacation time for you.

You are able to spend important days with your family.

If you have nothing to do during summers and school breaks, you can handle summer classes or do other tasks.

But during school days, you would also have to face long hours.

There would be times when you would have to stay up late, grading student works and projects, computing their final grades or even helping some students in personal problems and issues.

There are some states that require teachers to have continuous education.  They could receive scholarships so that they could continue their education.

Not only do they get the chance to return to school, there are also many venues for improving their knowledge and teaching skills.

There are seminars and workshops sponsored by government and schools where teachers can participate.

Aside from that, teachers are also exposed to different kinds of students.  Being exposed to different kinds of students can also contribute to a teacher’s education.

Teachers would have different experiences each day, something to look forward to which is of course different from monotonous office work.

In terms of salaries, although it is not the highest paying job right now, teacher salaries gradually increase as your tenure as a teacher lengthens.

Aside from sound salaries, teachers also have food pension plans, health insurance plans and other aspects of job security.

Starting salaries could range from $5,000 to $35,000 Depending on country.

Teachers who are also handling extra-curricular activities like athletics team or school newspaper, would also get additional salary incentives.

Teachers are also given the chance to explore their techniques and methods.  Teachers can choose their own or draft their own curriculum.

They could also select the materials that they want to use in their class.  Teachers have the chance to express their creativity when teaching.

There is a continuous demand for teachers.  Education has become one of the major investment of parents for their children’s future.

If you do not like to work in your own state, you can combine travel with other your career.

You can teach in other states or if you are more adventurous, you can try teaching abroad.

Teaching is never just about the money or the vacation leaves.

It is more than that.  It is about taking or putting the future into your hands. Thank You For Reading.

What Is A Corporation?

Most businesses start out as a small company, owned by one person or by a partnership. The most common type of business when there are multiple owners is a corporation.

The law sees a corporation as real, live person. Like an adult, a corporation is treated as a distinct and independent individual who has rights and responsibilities.

A corporation's "birth certificate" is the legal form that is filed with the Secretary of State of the state in which the corporation is created, or incorporated. It must have a legal name, just like a person.

A corporation is separate from its owners. It's responsible for its own debts. The bank can't come after the stockholders if a corporation goes bankrupt.

A corporation issues ownership share to persons who invest money in the business.

These ownership shares are documented by stock certificates, which state the name of the owner and how many shares are owned.

The corporation has to keep a register, or list, of how many shares everyone owns.

Owners of a corporation are called stockholders because they own shares of stock issued by the corporation.

One share of stock is one unit of ownership; how much one share is worth depends on the total number of shares that the business issues. the more shares a business issues, the smaller the percentage of total owners' equity each share represents.

Stock shares come in different classes of stock. Preferred stockholders are promised a certain amount of cash dividends each year. Common stockholders have the most risk.

If a corporation ends up in financial trouble, it's required to pay off its liabilities first.

If any money is left over, then that money goes first to the preferred stockholders.

If anything is left over after that, then that money is distributed to the common stockholders.

The Mystery Behind Domain Names

There are Currently over a 10 million DOT COM domains registered online Over the Year.
That’s a lot of domain names out there on the Internet that are either already taken or just parked in an obsolete spot gathering dust and all. The many common and Popular names like NYC.com, Inc.com, loser.com. Hiphop.com Money.com, Business.com and so on are already taken by possibly some net investors who Flip Domains or resell the rights to the names to People. Can you imagine someone having www.elvis.com or www.sugar.com  as a Parked Domain?
Maybe He’s just waiting on the highest bidder! There are 900 possible combinations for two letter sequences. If you’re looking for “ET” then you just won’t find it!  Even allowing for digits, again every single web address is mostly taken.
Of course, that's ignoring the fact that .COM registrars now mandate a 3-character minimum length, so it wouldn't be an option.
Most of the three-letter sequences are taken. Adding digits to a domain name creates a number of garbage domain entries.
If you're dying to acquire great domains and unique domain names, they may free up sometimes only to be auctioned off through unique domain name sales.
The longer the domain name that you choose, the more that the possibilities are that it could be available presuming that you're willing to accept an arbitrary sequence of letters and/or digits.
For example, most organizations have 4 letter acronyms like NOUN.com and AFTA.org, so you may have a chance using over 4 letters to get the domain name that you want in acronym style!
Of course many of the registered domains are ever, visited, with a huge percentage having nothing more than a “parked page” (users pay domain registrars to put up ads for themselves on these type of parked pages). There are so many combinations and back door tricks to domain name cataloging and classification until the possibilities are endless. The rule is to obtain a domain name that closely resembles who you are about which gives you an identity and brand on the internet.

What Is Sole Proprietorship In Simple Terms

A sole proprietorship is the business or an individual who has decided not to carry his business as a separate legal entity, such as a corporation, partnership or limited liability company.

This kind of business can also be called One Man Business.

Any time a person regularly provides services for a fee, sells things at Public markets or engages in any business activity whose primary purpose is to make a profit, that person is a sole proprietor.

If they carry on business activity to make profit or income, the Internal Revenue service IRS requires that you file a separate Schedule C "Profit or Loss From a Business" with your annual individual income tax return.

Schedule C summarizes your income and expenses from your sole proprietorship business.

As the sole proprietor of a business, you have unlimited liability, meaning that if your business can't pay all it liabilities, the creditors to whom your business owes money can come after your personal assets.

Many part-time entrepreneurs may not know this, but it's an enormous financial risk. If they are sued or can't pay their bills, they are personally liable for the business's liabilities.

A sole proprietorship has no other owners to prepare financial statements for, but the proprietor should still prepare these statements to know how his business is doing.

Banks usually require financial statements from sole proprietors who apply for loans.

But A partnership needs to maintain a separate capital or ownership account for each partners.

The total profit of the firm is allocated into these capital accounts, as spelled out in the partnership agreement.

Although sole proprietors don't have separate invested capital from retained earnings like corporations do, they still need to keep these two separate accounts for owners' equity - not only to track the business, but for the benefit of any future buyers of the business.

What Are Partnerships And Limited Liability Companies?

Some business owners choose to create partnerships or limited liability companies instead of a corporation.

A partnership can also be called a firm, and refers to an association of a group of individuals working together in a business or professional practice.

While corporations have rigid rules about how they are structured, partnerships and limited liability companies allow the division of management authority, profit sharing and ownership rights among the owners to be very flexible.

Partnerships fall into two categories. General partners are subject to unlimited liability. If a business can't pay its debts, its creditors can demand payment from the general partners' personal assets.

General partners have the authority and responsibility to manage the business. They're analogous to the president  and other officers of a corporation.

Limited partners escape the unlimited liability that the general partners have. They are not responsible as individuals, for the liabilities of the partnership.

These are junior partners who have ownership rights to the profits of the business, but they don't generally participate in the high-level management of the business.

A partnership must have one or more general partners.

A limited liability company (LLC) is becoming more prevalent among smaller businesses. An LLC is like a corporation regarding limited liability and it's like a partnership regarding the flexibility of dividing profit among the owners.

Its advantage over other types of ownership is its flexibility in how profit and management authority are determined.

This can have a downside. The owners must enter into very detailed agreements about how the profits and management responsibilities are divided.

It can get very complicated and generally requires the services of a lawyer to draw up the agreement.

A partnership or LLC agreement specifies how profits will be divided among the owners.

While stockholders of a corporation receive a share of profit that's directly related to how many shares they own, a partnership or LLC does not have to divide profit according to how much each partner invested.

Invested capital is only of the factors that are used in allocating and distributing profits.

5 Things To Consider In Choosing Your Online Education School

Aside from the billion-dollar online commerce, communications, news, entertainment and others, online education is one of today’s very important growing industries on the Internet as a Result of Advancement in Technology.

For people with intentions of enrolling in one of these online learning institutions, it is best to check out upfront some very important things.

After all, education is one significant undertaking that should not be taken lightly in any way.

 1. Accreditation

The very first consideration about a school is its status. Is your prospective school accredited by reputable organizations or by the industry at large?

Your prospective employment will depend on your school’s standing and reputation.

How long has the school been in existence?  It may not follow that the school’s age is a barometer for excellence but experience is always a plus factor.

How many students are enrolled? How many have graduated? If the school has few students, it might not reflect much on its credibility. The same is true with low graduation rate.

2. Costs

The cost of educating yourself with either online or a traditional school is always an important factor. Your tuition should be slightly less than that of a regular university.

Look out for overcharged mandatory fees, hidden costs and other extraneous fees.

Determine the curriculum to be used. If there is a requirement for books, check out the costs first. Some institutions dole out their own lesson modules.

These come out in other forms of media (downloads in audio, video, PowerPoint, etc.) Check out the fees, if any.

3. Computer Requirements and Needs

From your end, what computer hardware and software are to be used in the lessons? Online education requires that students must be well-versed in current multimedia and other programs.

Will the students purchase additional software for dedicated education programs? Lastly, if your computer is old, it may not work well, or not work at all, which means you have to buy another one.

4.  Instructors

Do your research on the school’s teaching staff as well. It is important that they are of the same level or have comparable experience and competence as those of traditional university professors.

Junior college teachers usually have an M.A. degree on the subject they handle. Professors usually have Ph.D. degrees. Online education teachers should be comparably competent.

One other thing is the number of students per teacher. Teachers with many students have less time assisting each one. In essence, online education sometimes is a one-on-one learning process.

5. Degrees

Needless to say, the first thing you check out in your prospective online school is the list of degrees offered, and if your degree of choice is offered at all. Some programs may not offer the degree you want.

The next question would be how long will it take to complete the program needed for your degree. Some schools offer the chance of completing some degrees in less time. (Sometimes, they can save an entire year of work.)

Different schools offer different methods of student work: the chance to speed up or to work at one’s individual pace. Some schools require their students to participate in virtual classes and specific deadlines for assignments.

Some schools allow students to communicate with their instructors on all things about their lessons. Others do not offer such kind of assistance and students have to work out things on their own.

This early, it is good to remember that in online education, the student most often takes the initiative.

 Best Of Luck

Your Domain Name And Registration

Does the length of your website's domain name registration affect search engine optimization and results? Should you renew your domain name for a long period of time?

And if so, how long is long enough? If you want to stay ahead of your competition, then you might consider looking at the length of time your competitors have registered their domain names.

If your competitors have generally renewed their domain names for one or two years, you might consider registering your domain name for 5 or 10 years, Speaking from basic experience.

While putting off your domain name's expiration date might help your search engine rankings, keep in mind that this may be only a small victory when it comes to search engine rankings.

Its good business sense to register a domain for at least 10 years. You don’t want to deal with the process   annually renewing them every year.

It’s best to obtain the domain names that you want to keep for a while and renew then on a 2 or 5 to 10 year plan. If your domain name expires, there's a good chance that someone will register your domain name immediately after it expires, This already happened to me ,,,Hehe... If, for whatever reason, you don't renew your domain name, someone watching a 'watch list' of expiring domain names will try to capitalize on the online business and engagements that you've built over the years.

They know that there is potential website traffic they can have simply by renewing your old domain name. By renewing your domain name for several  years, your domain name won't expire for a while, and it won't be opened up to expired domain name buyers.

If you really want to stay ahead of the competition, you might consider registering or renewing your domain name for 50 to 100 years.

What Is Financial Window Dressing?

Financial managers can do certain things to increase or decrease net income that's recorded in the year. This is called profit smoothing, income smoothing or just plain old window dressing.

This isn't the same as fraud, or Just cooking the books.

Most profit smoothing involves pushing some amount of revenue and/or expenses into other years than they would normally be recorded.

A common technique for profit smoothing is to delay normal maintenance and repairs. This is referred to as deferred maintenance.

Many routine and recurring maintenance costs required for autos, trucks, machines, equipment and buildings can be delayed, or deferred until later.

A business that spends a significant amount of money for employee training and development may delay these programs until the next year so the expense in the current year is lower.

A company can cut back on its current year's outlays for market research and product development.

A business can ease up on its rules regarding when slow-paying customers are written off to expense as bad debts.

The business can put off recording some of its bad debts expense until the next reporting year.

A fixed asset that is not being actively used may have very little current or future value to a business.

Instead of writing off the undepreciated cost of the impaired asset as a loss in the current year, the business might delay the write-off until the next year.

You can see how manipulating the timing of certain expenses can make an impact on net income.

This isn't illegal although companies can go too far in massaging the numbers so that its financial statements are misleading.

For the most part though, profit smoothing isn't much more than robbing Peter to pay Paul. Accountants refer to these as compensatory effects.

The effects next year offset and cancel out the effects in the current year. Less expense this year is balanced by more expense the next year.

Future Opportunities In Building Your Teaching Career

Teachers, who doesn’t know what they do?  We remember them, loved them, hated them in some points of our lives and Many don't even want to Become One, speaking of Profession, but note that You are teacher even if it's just to your kids or people around you.

Do you think you have the guts to be one Professionally? Teaching may not be among the most dangerous jobs in the world, but it can be demanding, challenging as well as rewarding.

According to surveys done 10 Years Back, there were about 5 million teachers in the United States Alone.

There are different kinds of teachers, they work in different kinds of schools.

There are public or government subsidized schools, parochial or religious schools, private schools and charter or specialized public schools.

If you are interested on becoming a teacher which is very important but many are not interested , here are some fields that you may be interested in:

• Preschool and kindergarten- teachers would work with young children usually in ages 3 or 4.  Those who would like to teach this age group should be able to work with children with different knowledge and social skills.

• Elementary school- teachers who are teaching this would handle a class for the whole school year.  They should be able to teach different subjects. There are elementary teachers that could specialize in a particular field or subject like art or music.

• Secondary school- teachers on this level would be comprised of middle and high school teachers.  They normally should be specialized in one or two subjects.

They would teach their subjects to different classes in each day.  There are teachers who find teaching this age group very challenging since students would be undergoing their adolescent stage.

• Special education- there are students that have special needs and there are teachers who are educated and trained to handle these students.  Special education teachers can help those who have physical, emotional or cognitive difficulties and disabilities.

Some experts and  teachers say that in order to become one of the good teachers that influence their student’s lives, you are not just an educator and coach, you become psychologists, mind readers and even drill sergeants.

Dedication, of course, is important.  You would only get to be effective and talented teacher if you really love the profession that you have chosen.

If you think that you have what it takes to be a teacher, then you can start learning how to be one.  you can get your bachelor’s degree in college, there are specializations that you could choose from.

If you planning to teach elementary then you would have learn or take  different courses that would prepare you to teach different subjects.

After graduating from college, some teachers would take continuing education.  It could be mandated by state law or could be done on their own will.

Aside from continuing education, there are also certification and licensing processes that new teachers should take so that they would be able to work.

Not only do you have to be academically prepared, you should also be emotionally prepared.  As a teacher, academic teaching is not the only that you do.

They would come to your for advice and guidance, and you should be prepared to help them in different matters.

Teachers are not only educators,  they do not just teach academic subjects and get done with it.  Teachers are coaches, they motivate and inspire students to strive better and achieve their goals.

Aside from teaching them to learn as much as they can inside the classroom, teachers should also encourage students to explore extracurricular activities.

Not everything can be though inside the four corners of the room. Best Wishes From Me.

How Effective Is Online Teaching?

Many people are gearing towards online teaching.  Why more and more people are showing interest is because of different administrative and accessibility reasons.

For school and program administrators, facilitating online education can be a lot easier than traditional teaching.

Why? First, materials could be easily updated.  Access to certain files can be restricted by using passwords, time and date access.

Aside from that, teachers could also facilitate large classes easily and subject and course materials could be easily distributed.

It is also more flexible, since online teaching can encompass different limitations like time zones, geographic locations and physical limitations.

Technology can also help in enhancing learning and knowledge among students.  Technology would also allow your students to collaborate with other student.

Teachers could also explore different teaching methods of presentation.

To make online teaching a great experience for both teachers and students, there are things that you can do.

• Set time frames at the beginning of the course.  Use these times to respond or reply to student comments and questions.

This practice would help a teacher develop discipline among students and at the same time set a routine for them.  Make sure that students re well informed about the time frame you have set.

If there would be any circumstances that you should change the time frame for responses, then make sure that you students are informed of the changes.

Give them adequate time to be informed of the changes.

You should also inform your students if you will be missing for any part or the duration of the semester.

• If you have assignments and discussions, then provide general feedback to the entire class. This would allow students to get exposed to other ideas and at the same time learn from each other.

Give your students positive reinforcement and encouragement.  Give them feedbacks that would actually help them in improving their work.

Comments like “good” can never be sufficient.  Give enough comments.

• Avoid over-facilitating.  As a teacher, you do not have to answer all the questions.  If you having online discussions, let your students answer to each other.

For example, if somebody asked about a certain topic do not respond immediately.  After a few days you would notice that some of your students will be giving feed backs or answers on their own.

• To make sure that the participation or discussion is continuous, regularly post acknowledgment to student comments or post an idea that would encourage students to answer or post messages.

Aside from that, avoid having long lulls in the discussion boards.

There would be times when students would no be posting anything since there are nothing new to post about, so best to avoid those circumstances.

There are also tendencies that students would stray away from the topics and discuss something else.  Guide your students and make sure that they would be discussing the topic.

Redirect the discussion but do not appear to be harsh, use humor, jokes or graphics to redirect the discussion.

• Before you move on to a new topic, make sure to summarize or having a closing session about the topic.  Make sure that students are united in understanding the concepts.

This would be the time to level-off with the students so that they would not get lost in the next topic.

Online teaching has many benefits, it is flexible and technology can be explored in different ways so

that you, the teacher and your students would benefit from it.

Tips To Identify With Your Domain Name

Use common sense when choosing a domain name because your domain name, or URL, can have an impact in both the online and offline marketing of your web-site.

Long or difficult to spell domain names can make people ignore your web site and it has to be pretty good for them to stick with it (for an example, go to https://freeopenworld.blogspot.com/2009/07/how-to-make-money-with-free-blog-by.html website (Good Information).
Short domain names register better with people’s memory and are easy to remember.
Obtain a domain name that will help you in your marketing niche and strategy. Like I stated before, you can use your business name as your URL.

If your business name is already taken by someone else then get a URL name close to what you are doing.
Purchasing a business name domain name isn’t the only way to go, and when a keyword domain name could do just fine.
If you plan on using the .net extension, you may want to wait on deciding your name until after you have found an available domain name that is suitable to your type of business.
If you follow the steps below, you should be okay in identifying your name brand to the internet community.
Structure Your Brand Name – Put your domain name on your letterhead, business card, printed materials; put it on your phone recording, the side of your car; don’t forget to include it with your email.
Keep it Short & Memorable – Don’t get a URL that uses all 26 letters of the alphabet.
Secure a .com URL - I recommend purchasing a .com domain name as it is the most popular compared to a .net, .info, .biz , or anything else.
If your chosen domain name is not available in a .com, keep looking until you find one that isn’t taken.
There is nothing wrong with the other extensions but when you have a .com extension, it sounds like you’ve been on the net a long time.
Remember, your domain name is an extension of your business and your brand of product or service.
Have a nice day.

(G)astronomical Profit Potential

Whether you plan to cater small, intimate affairs every day, or huge extravaganzas for 10,000 people once a year, the profit margin potential in the catering business is extremely high.

Some caters manage to walk away with 66% of pre-tax profits.

That figure may seem hard to believe, but when you stop and think about all the ways caterers can keep their overhead to practically nothing it becomes a more credible figure

You can begin your catering service out of your own home, using a spare bedroom as your office. You can use your own kitchen (but be careful about Health Department regulations) or perhaps rent a kitchen in a restaurant, school, or church on an as-needed basis.

You needn't employ any full-time waiters or bartenders etc.,there's a whole army of part-time people out there willing to work when you need them.

There are very few items you may need to cater an affair that you can't rent for the day, these include china, flatware, glasses, tents...

About the only immediate cash-outlay you'll encounter is what's needed to market your services. You will want to think carefully about what market you want to target and pick your advertising medium to reach that targeted population.

If you are interested in catering for weddings, you may want to contact florists, department store heads, musicians, and people in charge of places that book weddings.

If corporate entertainment is more to your liking you'll want to contact the corporations in your area (the chambers of commerce should be able to supply you with area names).

Know Which Side Your Bread is Buttered On

By far the most important marketing tool you will need to cultivate is word of mouth. Most brides, corporations, etc.,are not going to risk embarrassment by trying an unknown caterer.

If you are fortunate enough to have a good reputation when you enter the catering business, i.e., were the chef at a successful restaurant on that in your advertising. If you are starting cold, you may need to be really creative in order to get your business going.

Perhaps you will need to invest some capital in throwing a party of your own and invite the decision-makers from various corporations in your area, or the aforementioned florists, department store heads, etc.

These people are not going to risk their equally valuable reputations by recommending an unknown entity -- so give them something to remember and to endorse.

Also, especially in the beginning, add that little extra touch to the affairs you cater. DON'T CUT CORNERS!

Remember, your compensation will not always come in the form of dollars and cents, reputation is equally as valuable, perhaps more so in the long run.

Remember -- that little "extra touch" is often more effective and sometimes cheaper than advertising.

Where Are You Going?

In the catering business, you have an unlimited growth potential. You can buy your own facilities and accouterments, hire full-time chefs and servers, use temperature-controlled holding cabinets and vans, or you can rent just about anything you need.

You may decide you want to cut down on the middle-man's profits by owning the items you find yourself renting on a regular basis: china, flatware, tents.

You may want to enhance your recognition factor by designing a "signature" for instant recognition, for example, painting your logo on the outside of your delivery van. People will see this logo as the van moves around the city and when it is at the site of an affair you are catering.

Food for Thought

While 70% of the restaurant is food oriented with the rest going for service, organization, etc.,this figure flip-flops to 30% in the catering business, the rest being delivery, transporting the food, lining up rental equipment, juggling personnel. Organization is what counts in the catering business.

You also need to be a "salesman" with a magnetic personality in the catering business. You are going to deal with corporate executives, party planners and nervous brides.

You will need to convince your prospective clients that you will not only provide a memorable feast, but it will be there on time, presented attractively, and served quickly and unobtrusively.

There are a number of sidelines that naturally spring from the catering business. You can act as a coordinator for flowers, party locations, or themes. You can be caterer and party planner, caterer and florists, caterer and rental agent. Don't limit your options. Be creative!

Remember, if people wanted to stick to a set menu, they could go to a restaurant, so be flexible. Make your menu suggestions, just suggestions ( a starting point, if you will). Le the client be your guide, but don't miss opportunities to turn a modest "do" into a major profit-making event.

Don't hesitate when you see an opportunity to "bump-up the bottom line of an event. You may be able to turn a barbecue into a Hawaiian luau complete with roast pig.

Make sure that every event is party to remember. Go that extra inch, sometimes it can be a mile -- and result in mile-high profits. The only restrictions placed on your catering business are those you place there yourself.
