How To Creatively Think Out Of The Box

How can one person "think out of the box?" This should be done independently, but how? Here's an example: Cut a cake into eight slices but you have to make no more than three cuts. Most people will have trouble coming up with a way to cut the cake.

But to solve this, you have to change the way you look at the cake and how to cut it. One perfect solution is to cut the cake into two equal sizes and put the other half on top of the other. Cut it again in half then stack the other half pieces on top of one another and cut them again.

There you go, that's thinking out of the box. Another example of thinking out of a box is this: Here are four words...  subtract, multiply, add, decrease...  Now which one does not belong to the group? Mostly people would right away say that the word "decrease" does not belong. Why?  Because all the other three words are mathematical jargons and the latter is not. Well, that's not thinking out of the box, if you think out of the box, the answer would be the word "add" since it only has three letters while all the other have six and more.

You could give a lot of right answers but the one that shows more creativity stands out. The prevailing component in the way our minds work is inserting some changes from past experiences and processes. Another good sample is when you are asked two days that starts with the letter "T". Your answer would probably be Tuesday and Thursday.  Hey, how about Tomorrow and Today?

Well, that is out of the box all right. Companies try to test a new product and are sure they are getting a design at a reasonable cost. They look at things in the business and think that objectives will work just as planned. But these things sound monotonous already, for they only think using the past as patterns. Patterns are helpful since they help finish tasks such as driving, eating or drinking.

However, these are the same patterns that make it hard for people to think out of the box and create alternative solutions to a dilemma especially when challenged with unwanted data. One important move to break the pattern is trying to reverse patterns, designs or solutions and arouse new interest.

Take thing as they are and turn them inside out, upside down, or simply turn them around and you'll be surprised with the result. This was Henry Ford's personal experience.  His conventional plan was to just "bring people to work." He tried to change all this into: "bring work to the people."  This plan generated more revenues. Another way to bring out other solutions to simple problems and situations is to not think about the subject.

If you want to bring about something more creative, think not of the part of the problem itself, rather, think of people or subjects in motion and then use the abstract formation or design as a stimulus for a new design.

But to think out of the box, never shy away from the fact that some of your ideas could really be crazy enough. This could break rigidity of thinking and present a way to sift the harebrained and irrational. This gives the thinker more freedom to think out of the box and reinvent things in way they have never been arranged before.

What you could do is list several odd or absurd ideas about a certain problem. Letting go of the question will release the stress you are undergoing by trying to “squeeze” the creativity. Once you let it go, all the power of the universe is free to find a solution and the solution will come to you when you least expect it.

In much more real life scenarios, you could think out of the box for fun. You can practice fun trouble-making stuff without hurting anyone by saying or doing the unexpected. But make sure that you do this first to persons you already know to avoid conflicts and negative confrontations. Say, a buddy asks for the time, automatically you would look at your wrist watch which is a result of the stimulus-response theory.

Thinking out of the box, why not say something crazy like, "Oh it's time for a vengeance," then head toward the door. Watch their reaction as they go into total confusion and trance as you have totally mixed things up in their heads and interrupted their thinking pattern.  (Don't forget to apologize afterwards)
Thinking out of the Box or usually known as creative thinking seeks to design new and really creative arrangement of elements to produce a work of art. Being an out of the box thinker can be a rewarding profession. This is dangerous, but it could be one of your strengths in no time.

If the herd is going to the right, you go the other way. Remember that you could be genius in your own way. Your thoughts come from deep reaches and these totally different ideas are clever enough to make a difference in the end.

Being creative and out of the box is wild sometimes, but could move you through growth and self-development. You'll be surprised at how easy and differently it will be for you to fix and try to solve things away from the tried-and-true habits.

Let your thinking out of the old box be your guide to a new and better, wonderful approach to life. Wishing you best of luck.

Yes, Yes, You Can! The Proactive Approach

There is no more empowering thought, than the fact that every human being can consciously determine his and her future.  Think about it. Our lives are the execution of a written script. We are actors and performers in the well written script of life, when we rise up in the morning, we rise up to play our roles. There are however, two levels of thinking.
There is the level of thinking that believes, that the script was already written, and that life is just an unfolding of what we have no control over.
The second level of thinking - The Proactive approach, believes that we are co-authors in the script of our lives. It believes that today, you and I can tell ourselves, I want a better future, and immediately go ahead to engage in the activity that produces the better life.
Think about it, the moment you accept the fact that you can chose the direction of your life, the moment it's clear to you that our outcomes are determined by our inputs, life takes a totally different meaning.
If I fail, it's because I built the habits that ultimately end in failure.
If I succeed it's because long before I did, I chose, and committed myself to my choices.
The first step in empowerment and advancement, is knowing that you can predict your future, by choosing it.  Just as much as decisions determine destiny, destiny also determines decisions.
What I do daily, will be influenced by where I want to end up at the long run.
You have the ability to write your script, your assumptions of weakness and limitation about yourself are a self fulfilling prophecy.
Life is not gaseous, it fills and takes the shape of the container it's given.
If you think your life is small, it's small.
If you think there is a lot you can achieve, there is a lot you can achieve.
Today, it's about knowing you can, the habit of being proactive, is knowing you can. In the next update, we'll explore how to write your life script. The simple techniques that can get your life, your family and your business to the next level. Watch out for more updates, Stay Tuned to this Site!

The Importance Of Developing Creative Ideas And Thinking

Do you have some great ideas. You toss them around in your mind. You tell friends about them.

They go nowhere. Why? They go nowhere because of what your friends said or because you have the misconception that only a select few are able to unleash a steady flow of creative genius.

And, you, of course, couldn't be one of that select group. That is not true at all. Anyone who has creative genius will tell you that creativity is very much like a muscle that needs to be developed in order to perform at top efficiency.

If you don't learn how to develop creative thinking, this skill, like a muscle will become withered and useless to you when you most need it. On the other hand, keep working at it and this skill will soon be ready for action whenever you need it.

So how do you develop your own personal style of creative thinking? Well, the first thing is to realize your brain has a greater capacity and speed than the world's biggest and fastest super computer.

That's right! Even the world's biggest and fastest super computer cannot store as much information or handle it faster than your brain.

Creative Inspirations And Attractive Headline Ideas

This Piece was put together for one reason - to provide a single source of creative reference material for people who have to write headlines for a living.
Over the years various ways have been discovered, the easiest way to come up with a good headline is to sit down and read a large number of successful headlines.

The idea is not to steal someone else's words but to develop a sense of what elements make a good headline.

it is an almost impossible task as many of these headlines and variations on them have existed since the very beginnings of the advertising age.

I hope that you find the words in this guide a creative inspiration.

10 Hints To Power Up Your Self Esteem

Success is a journey not a destination. When you are building the successful life you desire it’s very "human" (i.e., "normal") to experience occasional moments of self doubt and feeling down. When you recognize one of these low moments you can crank your esteem back up to a power level quickly and easily by implementing one or more of the ideas below.

1. Re-energize Your Primary Goals

Reminding yourself of what it is that you really want to accomplish is a great way to crank your energy back into high gear! One quick and easy way to do this is simply to complete this sentence; "What I really want to accomplish is..."

2. Reconnect with Your "Why"

When your energy level is feeling low a great way to get a quick pick-me-up is to reconnect with "why" you're working so hard. Every coaching client I've ever worked with has expressed a genuine desire to do things with their life that will help to make their life and the lives of others even better. It's very easy to reconnect with your "why" by completing the sentence; "I really want to accomplish this goal because..."

3. Refresh Your To-Do List and Your Priorities

Refreshing your to-do list is a GREAT way to beat the frustration of feeling overwhelmed by all the things you must do to accomplish your desired goals. This simple act is very effective for bringing yourself back to the present moment and will reignite your "can do" spirit. My favorite question for setting the priorities of my to-do list is simply, "What is the most effective thing for me to do right now?"

4. Energize Your Brain by Changing Your Physiology

Stand up, sit down, go for a short walk, go to the bathroom... just take a moment to change your physiology. This is a great way to boost your energy and get your mind back in gear. My favorite way to reengage the brain is to do a few "Cross Crawls". This is where you simply stand up and march in place. As you march in place you touch your knee with the opposite hand So for example, when your left knee comes up you will cross your right hand over and tap that knee. Then when your right knee comes up you will cross your left hand over and tap that knee.

A few minutes of Cross Crawls will wake up your left brain and your right brain as each side is involved in this exercise. (It's a bit like making circles on your stomach while tapping the top of your head... or is it the other way around?) Anyway, Cross Crawls are easy and very effective in waking up your brain so you can easily get back to the work at hand.

5. Set the Clock for a Specific Chunk of Time

A great way to get more of the truly important things done is to pick ONE priority and set out to spend a designated chunk of uninterrupted time working toward its accomplishment. My mentor uses 33 minutes for her designated chunks of time; however I use 28 minutes. I use 28 because in numerology 2 represents "faith that things will work out" and 8 represents "abundance". Choose any time amount you want however it is most effective to keep it under 40 minutes. Keeping it small will make it feel do-able no matter how hurried or busy you are on any given day - and it will feel great when you accomplish one, two, three or even more chunks of designated time working on something that will move you even closer to your desired success!

6. Express Your Gratitude

A great way to increase your self esteem is to acknowledge those things you are grateful for with a sincere "Thank You." Saying "Thank You" is about being truly and genuinely grateful for all that you have in this moment. Being truly and genuinely grateful for all that you have opens up space for more good things to come into your life. Whether you are experiencing a time of abundance or a time of lack, being mindful of the good things in your life will keep you in the present moment and in the present moment there is peace, joy, safety and abundance.

7. Acknowledge Your Successful Progress

To put the true power of acknowledging your successes into appropriate perspective, I must first remind you that most people try to motivate themselves by dwelling on their failures and mess-ups. So hear me when I tell you that dwelling on your past failures will never, ever motivate you toward success. It is appropriate to learn from your past mistakes, however, it is not appropriate or effective to use your past mistakes in an attempt to punish yourself into creating success. So, from this day forward, vow to only use your past mistakes as a learning tool and to consistently empower yourself by acknowledging your successes, your progress, and the unique skills you have to share with the world.

8. Connect with Someone You Cherish

Feeling "connected" to other people is an essential part of life. As human beings, we crave connection on a very primal level. So use this to your advantage by making a point of connecting with carefully selected people in a meaningful way every single day!

You can send a quick email to someone you haven't connected with in a while or you can post a quick Facebook note on someone's wall that will brighten their day! It doesn't have to be a time-consuming connection. You can get a great deal of positive energy from making simple and meaningful connections on a regular basis with people you genuinely like.

9. Reconnect with Your Own Soul

Authentic Self esteem is not boastful, it is about having a deep and sincere connection with your genuine worthiness for the success you seek. You are never going to be "perfect" so it is important that you accept yourself just as you are and make the very best of what you have to share with your loved ones and with the world. You can quickly and easily reconnect with your soul and your genuine worthiness by making a list of the things you like about yourself or making a list of your most positive characteristics.

Lastly and perhaps most importantly...

10. Think of Someone or Something You Really LOVE and Imagine Loving Yourself THAT Much! This one shouldn't need much explanation. Just simply think of someone or something you really LOVE and imagine loving yourself THAT much! Mmmmm... what a marvelously warm and happy way to feel about yourself!

Success Esteem is about feeling deeply and genuinely worthy of the success you seek because you know you are motivated to create your success for all the right reasons! So, use these ideas to prevent momentary feelings of self doubt or low energy from turning into a full-blown self sabotaging event that takes up more of your precious time and energy than it deserves! Persist until you succeed! You really are worthy of whatever success you seek for yourself! ......HAVE A NICE DAY.

These Four Steps Of Applying The Law of Attraction Into Your Life

Step 1: Know What You Want
The first and most important part of the process is KNOWING what you want. It’s amazing how many people live their lives without setting any clear, specific goals, don’t hesitate to refresh your memory.

Once you have a clear, definite idea of the type of life you want to build, you’re ready for Step 2

Step 2: Meditation

Once you’ve identified your goals, write them down somewhere. There’s power in committing goals to paper.

The next step is to pick a time of the day, where you can spend 5 to 15 minutes, uninterrupted and do nothing but focus on your goals.
The best time to do this is in the morning when you’ve just woken up. Lie up in bed or on a comfy couch. You’ll spend the next few minutes focusing on your goals.
This will be your daily “meditation” time.
First, move into a state of relaxed meditation. Don’t get hung up on the word
“meditation”. We’re not talking about specific forms of Eastern or Religious meditation. We’re talking about moving into a peaceful relaxed state where you can connect to your subconscious.

Find a comfortable position – maybe lying on a bed or on the sofa. Be comfortable enough that you can relax – but not too comfy that you might fall asleep.
You do not have to worry about “clearing your mind” or sitting cross-legged or any other type of meditation cliché. All we want you to do is get into a peaceful relaxed state.
At this point, you should already have a clear idea of what changes you seek to attract into your life. It could be health, money, love, giving back to society – anything that pulls you out of the current reality trap and excites you.
If you still have no idea what you want at present don’t worry – a state of peaceful meditation can be the perfect time to reflect and realize what you desire. Research shows that people tend to be more creative and in touch with their intuitive sides when they are in such states of meditation. Use this time to think creatively about what you wish to do with your life.

Step 3: Visualize What You Want

While at your state of relaxed meditation, visualize yourself having attained that which you’re seeking to attract.
For example, if you’re seeking to move into a bigger home, see yourself having this home. Picture yourself living out your dreams in your new home, such as wining and dining friends in the spacious kitchen, playing with the kids in the living room, mowing the greenest lawn and perfecting your flourishing garden. Bring in images that reflect the quality and type of home you want for your ideal lifestyle. If you want a pool – see yourself lounging by the poolside and enjoying the sun. There are many ways to practice visualization. What you’re doing here is called “Creative Visualization”. It’s creative in the sense that you’re attracting to you — creating— that which you visualize.
Use Your Senses
It’s important to make your imagery clear, vivid and colorful. The more realistic the visualization, the better the results. Some people may have difficulty visualizing. Don’t worry about this – it could simply mean that your dominant sense is not sight. But maybe it’s taste, or touch or hearing. That’s fine – feel the warmth of your new fireplace, hear the sound of your kids playing in the pool, smell the gorgeous smells wafting from your new kitchen. The more senses you bring into this imagery, the better the results.
Bring Emotions Into The Mix
Remember the equation? THOUGHT + EMOTION = ATTRACTION
Emotions help magnify your power of attraction. When visualizing the life you want, feel the joy, happiness and excitement of the situation.
The stronger your emotions – the faster you can manifest into your reality that which you’re trying to attract. To increase the emotions associated with your visualization – build the feeling of having it NOW. IN other words, when you see your dream home, don’t think of it as something that COULD come to you in the future. Imagine you had your dream home right now – picture yourself there and just think how you would feel if you were in that home right now – NOT sometime in the future IF you had enough money – but in the HERE and NOW.
Seek the Greater Good
Another way to increase the emotions behind your creative visualization practice is to imagine more than just you benefiting from your attraction. Staying with the house analogy – see your kids loving the lawn because they have space to play ball. See your spouse loving the brand new living room. See your friends and family visiting and feeling the warmth and beauty of the new home. Do you recall the good feelings you get when you do a charitable act like donate money, or when you give a gift to someone who means a lot to you?
Remember what we said about feelings? Feelings are the soul’s way of letting you know you’re on the right track. The act of giving feels good because it’s aligned with your inner being.  The joy you feel is a sign of the appropriateness of your thoughts. So when you practice creative visualization, see others benefiting. Family, kids, spouse, community, friends – the more people the better. When you see the smiles and happiness on someone else’s face (even if you’re just imagining a possible outcome), it helps to draw out more positive emotion. This added emotion in turn makes the process of manifesting faster and smoother. That’s really all it takes. Bring in your senses. Make the image real. Feel emotions and see others benefiting.
This whole process can take 5 – 20 mins. It’s up to you. Just 10 minutes a day is enough to set the gears of the Universe moving in your favor.
Now the final step.

Step 4: Apply Definite Action

Once you’ve determined what you want and channeled your thoughts and emotions towards this outcome the next step is to start paving the way for that future reality to come your way. The key is ACTION. Let’s say you’ve been meditating and visualizing a new home. Start doing something – anything – to move you towards acquiring this home. It does not matter if you do not know exactly what you need to do. Nor does it matter if you don’t have the financial resources to acquire the home. Keep focused on it, believe you will acquire it and take action
Napoleon Hill says:
Do not wait for a definite plan, through which you intend to exchange services or merchandise in return for the money you are visualizing, but begin at once to see yourself in possession of the money, demanding and expecting meanwhile, that your subconscious mind will hand over the plan, or plans you need.
Let’s analyze that statement. What Hill is saying is that when you’re seeking to manifest money, or a home or anything you wish, DO NOT worry if you’re unsure of what action you need to take. Begin at once to channel your thoughts towards what you’re trying to attract and the answer you seek – the action you need to take – will come to you.
It may come as an inspired thought or maybe even a ‘EUREKA’ moment or simply a moment of clarity while meditating or through a book you find or something a friend says – the possibilities are endless! The way it comes is not important. Trust that the answer will come.
Edison was known to have said “Ideas come from space. This may seem impossible and hard to believe but it’s true. Ideas come from out of space.”
Edison was referring to intuition. He claimed that most of his ideas came to him through intuition. Edison, by the way, approved of the research conducted by Hill in his book “Think and Grow Rich” and granted the process we’re sharing here (inspired by Hill) his stamp of approval. To rapidly create a flow of ideas and to keep you in the right mind frame for focusing on your goal the solution is essentially simple – you need to apply definite action.
Do something – ANYTHING – to move you towards your goal. Start looking up homes for sale in the newspapers. Start looking at new furniture (even if you’ve not yet found the right home). Speak to real estate agents, search the internet, and buy books on purchasing houses. Definite Action, when applied towards your definite goal, creates miracles through the Law of Attraction. One of the cardinal sins is to over-analyze whether you are doing the right thing. Don’t worry about this – live your life and act on your beliefs what you think to be right.

As we know this cannot just happen overnight. Hill says; take a few steps “baby-steps” – towards your goal. As you take action, events and coincidences will guide you towards the end result. Live the process and as time goes on be amazed at the joy and happiness that enters your life!

The Four Steps

These four steps are the cornerstone of the process of applying The Law of Attraction into your life.
The results can be dramatic: Hill, after studying almost 500 of the most successful people of his era wrote that once you apply the process... When Riches Begin to Come, They Come So Quickly, in Such Great Abundance That One Wonders Where They Have Been Hiding During All Those Lean Years ~ Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich Begin this process tomorrow. Spending 10 minutes in the morning sitting in meditation may seem like a chore, given you might have to rush to work, look after the kids or beat traffic. But it may just be the most important 10 minutes of your day. Indeed many who practice this process — swear that it is the single most productive 10 minutes of their entire day. Begin at once.

10 Practical Tips To Achieve Success

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have all the success while others struggle for years and never seem to get anywhere?

we all at some point seem to struggle with one thing or the other ?

Below are some hints on how you can become one of those who achieve success.

1. Try stepping outside your comfort zone once in a while.

Great things come to pass when you make friends with your discomfort zone.

2. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. There is an old saying that people who haven't made mistakes haven't made anything. Try everything and when you make mistakes, learn from them.

3. Be aware of any negative thoughts you hold about yourself - challenge them, are they really true, if so what is the evidence?

Are you giving yourself a hard time?
4. Make an effort to try and look on the bright side of things.

Purposely find something positive about the issue and focus on that.

You can almost always see another side of things. It just depends where your bias is.

5. Read some good uplifting books; books that are inspirational, motivational, including autobiographies of great men and women.

This will help wake the sleeping giant in you and set you on the path of greatness, making you feel challenged to achieve greater than they did since they are humans just like you.

6. Train yourself to finish whatever you start. Follow through - you owe it to yourself and others.
7. Focus on the present moment. When you live in the past too much you stop living now.

8. Learn what is important to you in life - is it love? Is it money? Is it your family?

What do you love doing? Who/what makes you happy?

What would you like to achieve in life? Always set yourself a target.
9. Realize that setbacks are just a normal part of life.

If life were brilliant all the time we would take it for granted and not appreciate it.

So if you get down, make sure you pick all that you can down there and then gradually start to climb again.

So far life is in you, always be on the move.
10. Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could.

Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old troubles.

You Are A Success.
